• Individuals or entities promoting nudity, sexually explicit, obscene, or adult content.
• Organizations or individuals involved in terrorism, violent extremism, criminal activity, or any unlawful practices.
• Entities dealing with counterfeit products, replica goods, or unauthorized/pirated softwares.

Any inquiry, proposal, or request originating from or connected to these restricted categories will be automatically declined, and no services will be rendered under any circumstances.

Right to Refuse or Terminate Services:

Vertex Web Solution reserves the sole and absolute right to:

• Refuse acceptance of any project or client.
• Suspend or terminate services at any stage of engagement (including proposal, onboarding, or execution).

If it is determined that a client, project, content, or associated activity falls within the restricted categories outlined above, appropriate action will be taken without obligation to continue services.
